Burial will take place August 15th at 11AM at Calverton National Cemetery.
A Memorial Service and Reception will be held the same day at 3PM at the Westhampton Presbyterian Church, 90 Meeting House Road, WHB.
Memorial Donations may be made to the ALS Association, Greater New York Chapter, 42 Broadway, Suite 1724, New York, NY 10004 and to the Memorial and Endowment Fund of the Westhampton Presbyterian Church, 90 Meeting House Road, Westampton Beach, NY 11978
