Leone A. Wanamaker age 83 passed away peacefully on January 13, 2021.  She was born August 7, 1937. Born and raised in New York, New York.

Lee was a loving mother, wife and grandmother.   She loved her grandchildren with every beat of her heart. Lee loved playing her games on her computer.  Most of all she loved watching Jeopardy and boy did she know all the answers.  She has shown her family what Love and  Loyalty truly was.  She was the Matriarch that held it all together.  She always gave the best advice and always told you how it was.  She was the Anchor of  her family.  She lived for her children, grand-children and great grand-children.  She cherished every moment she had with them.  She will be remembered as  strong, loving and a little bit stubborn at times but that is what remembering  her life is all about.  Lee is survived by her 3 children, 10 grand-children and 9 great grand-children and many nieces and nephews.  All of these she loved and touched deeply.

Please join us celebrating her life Friday afternoon, January 15th between 2pm - 4pm and 7pm - 9pm at the R. J. O'Shea Funeral Home, 94 East Montauk Hwy in Hampton Bays.
