Patrick C. Kelly of Hampton Bays passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 20 years.
Visiting hours will be on Saturday, April 23rd from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. A Parish Prayer Service will be at 8:00pm.
Patrick will be privately cremated.
In lieu of flowers, Patrick's family asks that donations be made to Joshua Frase Neuromuscular Disease Research in Patrick's name.
