Roy Cortland Harrison of Hampton Bays passed away following a stroke on November 13, 2018 at the age of 97 years.

Mr. Harrison was born in New Jersey to Henry Harrison and Marion Iverson.  He served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force during WWII.  In the 1950's and early 60's he worked for Varanno Brothers doing automotive repair and later opened his own business - Harrison's Boatyard in Hampton Bays. In his later years he worked at odd jobs fixing engines and engaging in his hobbies which included motorcycle riding and flying. He was predeceased by his three wives; Sally, Margaret Kuntz and Loretta Schwartz as well as a son Ronnie and his brother Elwood of Satsuma, FL.He is survived by his sons Mark Harrison of Hampton Bays and Gordon Harrison, daughter in law Elaine Harriosn, two grandchildren Karl Harrison and Arlene Klein, and three great-grandchildren, Avery and Cole Klein and Eric Ilarraza, Jr., all of Eastport.

Mr. Harrison will be cremated.
