Thomas C. Costello of Hampton Bays, passed away on December 7, 2017 in Riverhead at the age of 78 years.
Visiting will be on Monday from 2-4pm & 7-9pm
A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12th at 10am from St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Hampton Bays.
A burial in Good Ground Cemetery will follow the service.
Donations to St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Thomas Costello's name would be greatly appreciated.
